Part 7 of 7:

Samuel and Katherine, parents of three college-age children, are facing intimacy challenges that have begun to strain their relationship. Samuel is dealing with sexual dysfunction due to medication, which has affected their physical connection. They recognize the importance of addressing these side effects and are considering collaboration with medical providers and a Christian counselor for holistic support.

Additionally, both are working to heal from past relational trauma that has impacted their trust and intimacy. They understand the need to promote sexual consent and autonomy, empowering each other to communicate boundaries openly.

As they navigate these complexities, they are also mindful of the importance of rebuilding sexual trust, especially as they process any lingering effects of past issues. With counseling, Samuel and Katherine hope to restore their intimacy and strengthen their bond as they embrace this new chapter in their lives.

Here is a brief list of common intimacy issues thousands of men and women face on a daily basis. We would be glad to talk with you in counseling about these issues.
