Phil Walleck is a pastor and counselor, as well as a nonprofit executive, based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida (South Walton | 30A), who helps leaders and families navigate stress, transitions, and calling.

Phil's background spans nonprofits, hospitals, local churches, and private practice. Phil holds a PhD in Christian Education with executive education from Harvard Law and Yale School of Management. He actively serves the local church through preaching, teaching, and pastoral care, while providing counseling and advisory support to leaders across the nation.

Phil and his wife, Lou, co-founded Restoration House, a retreat for weary ministry families, and HopeCounseling.Online, a Christian counseling practice serving clients across the U.S. In his current role, Phil practices pastoral counseling and coaching offering spiritual insight. Phil often walks with people through burnout, marital crisis, trauma, job loss, and financial strain, helping them find a clear, steady way forward.
