He serves executives, public servants, pastors, business owners, and families through confidential counseling and coaching. His background spans nonprofits, hospitals, local churches, and private practice. Phil holds a PhD in Christian Education with executive education from Harvard Law and Yale School of Management. He combines biblical conviction and practical tools for short-term solutions and life-long change.

Phil and his wife, Lou, co-founded Restoration House, a retreat for weary ministry families, and HopeCounseling.Online, a Christian counseling practice serving clients across the U.S. He often walks with people through burnout, marital crisis, trauma, job loss, and financial strain, helping them find a clear, steady way forward. His years in crisis care and leadership work have prepared him to serve in places where faith, public life, and hard decisions meet. People experience Phil as thoughtful, steady, and direct. Phil and Lou live in South Walton | 30A with their three children.
