• Can I schedule sessions for both in-person & online?

Yes. Our office is conveniently located between Destin and Panama City Beach across from Dune Lakes Elementary in South Walton. At the same time, we can meet you online wherever you are.

• Is premarital counseling available?

Yes. Premarital counseling is available & may be the best wedding gift you receive. ​

• What forms of payment are available?

Credit & Debit​ cards.

• Can I use my insurance to cover counseling?

HopeCounseling.Online does not accept direct payment from health insurance companies to cover the cost of pastoral counseling or coaching. As services offered using this site are generally not covered by insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare, we have made it easy for clients to pay the counseling fee in full for each session using their Credit & Debit cards.

• What is the difference between Counseling & Coaching?

There is no set rule to answer this. However, it can be argued that counseling focuses on helping a client process his or her past more, where coaching focuses more on a client’s present & future. We are client led & make every effort to keep in step with the pace you set.

• Are you comfortable with talking about faith, church & spiritual things?

Absolutely. HopeCounseling.Online is a faith-based Christian counseling & coaching practice.

• I'm not sure if I am ready to share all of my story just yet. Can I still start sessions?

We are here to listen to whatever part of your story you are ready to share.

• Where are retreats located & how much do they cost?​

Retreat locations are dependent upon the need of the client. Retreats are extremely beneficial & can expedite the counseling process. Reach out to learn more about retreat costs.
