We recognize that God wires each person differently. In our work with leaders, we pay attention to temperament, personality, and calling, always bringing those insights under the authority of Scripture.
For pastors & ministry leaders
Pastors, elders, and ministry staff carry more weight than most ever see. We provide a confidential place to talk honestly about burnout, conflict, family strain, or questions of calling with someone who understands both the pulpit and the pressure.
Denominational leaders and sending organizations often refer workers to us when they need trusted, gospel‑rooted care that supports both the person and the ministry. For some, that looks like regular online sessions; for others, it includes time away through our partner ministry, Restoration House on Florida’s 30A, for deeper rest and reset.

For public servants & executives
Public service and leadership come with unique scrutiny and strain on marriages, children, and teams. Phil offers confidential executive and pastoral advising for senior leaders in business and public life, focused on decision clarity, crisis response, and family resilience.
Sessions are faith‑anchored, discreet, and designed to help you think clearly, pray wisely, and stay grounded while you carry responsibility in the public square.

For spouses and families in public life
For many public servants and leaders, the deepest stress is felt at home. As a licensed counselor and executive director of Restoration House, Lou provides confidential counseling for spouses, mothers, and young adults connected to ministry and civic leadership. She is particularly passionate about supporting women who love Jesus, love their families, and quietly bear the weight of public roles.

Our commitments
Whether we are walking with a pastor, a business owner, or a public servant, a few convictions shape everything we do:
-
Biblical fidelity and a Christ‑centered approach to care
-
Confidentiality within ethical and legal bounds
-
Nonpartisan care for people from across the political spectrum
-
Respect for conscience, the rule of law, and the U.S. Constitution
-
Honor for the local church and for those called to serve in public life
