Lou is a wife, mom, executive director of the Restoration House, beach lover, aspiring runner, & paddle boarding aficionado. An LMHC-Qualified Supervisor, she treats anxiety, depression, & a variety of other issues that steal your joy. Lou is passionate about helping women of all ages. After completing a master’s in marriage & family therapy, Lou became a licensed counselor & a Trust-Based Relational Intervention Practitioner (TBRI is an attachment-based, trauma-informed model exploring childhood patterns & current relationships). 

Offering CBT Therapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Lou views counseling as a holistic process, taking into consideration emotional, cognitive, physiological, & spiritual factors. Her faith in Jesus shapes her practice. She has repeatedly seen God turn terrible tragedy into something meaningful & even beautiful.
