Part 4 of 7:

Sam and Katherine are facing intimacy challenges that have begun to affect their relationship. For Katherine, body image concerns have led to feelings of dysmorphia, impacting their sexual confidence and overall connection. Both recognize the need for support and are considering counseling to help build a healthier relationship.

Additionally, they are working on boundary setting, striving to establish and respect each other’s sexual boundaries. Samuel experiences performance anxiety, which adds pressure to their intimate moments.

With the complexities of chronic health conditions for each of them, they seek sexual health coaching to address challenges and promote intimacy. Together, they are committed to improving communication and enhancing their sexual satisfaction through couples' therapy.
